The movie revolves around Arun who lives a wealthy, yet depressed lifestyle due to death of his love Lily. He is currently managing a cancer hospital in Lily's honor after 33 years. When Arun meets Asha who bears an uncanny resemblance to Lily, everything goes haywire. Upon witnessing Arun's solitude, she resolves to pen Arun's autobiography and hopes for publication. Arun starts falling in love with Asha after the narration of his story.
