Amar Ranawat (Himanshu Malik), a rich, stubborn guy meets a cheerful and outspoken girl, Lekha (Mallika Sherawat), in a shop. Coincidentally, they study in the same college and eventually falling in love. While Amar’s father disapproves of their relationship, and wants him to pursue his education, Amar decides to marry Lekha first. The newly-weds move into a new house and enjoy the first few months of their marriage. A gloom settles over their initial days of fun and frolic when Lekha is diagnosed with a life threatening disease. How will the couple tide over this?
