The kidnapping of a prominent nuclear scientist, Dr. Ajay Saxena prompts the Chief of Secret Services to assign flamboyant Agent Vinod to solve the complicated case. While working on this assignment, Vinod meets the scientist's daughter, Anju, who insists on assisting him. The duo receives further assistance from Chandu "James Bond"and his gypsy girlfriend. The two couples face numerous challenges in an attempt to confront the abductors and realise that their task is not only difficult but also life threatening.
